Justin Chen’s fascination for design and his inclination for business had led him to transform his family’s real estate firm, Arcc Holdings, into a hospitality-focused company. As the Deputy CEO, he has built and led numerous projects under the organisation, one of which is the notable Arcc Spaces, a network of over 20 shared workspaces across Asia. Justin is also the Co-founder of Else, a luxury brand offering a unique and immersive hospitality journey in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s vibrant vista.
